Pastor McQueen has always been passionate about helping, motivating, and working with people. He believes that God created us as whole being, and therefore, in coaching and counseling (Spiritual and otherwise), we must seek and provide holistic approaches to help people come into their wholeness and to live their best life. He has used approach effectively and successfully over his last 37 years in ministry, 40 years in management, and 24 years in Organizational Training and Development.
